We want you to be satisfied with your Anvil & Garden purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all components and hardware
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@anvilandgarden.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival or shipped in error. We recommend a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns shipped without tracking.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, contact us at support@anvilandgarden.com.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@anvilandgarden.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Simply return the item and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping both ways and send the correct product as soon as the return is in transit. Contact us at support@anvilandgarden.com within 7 days of delivery.
Items We Can't Accept Back
- Items showing wear, installation marks, or signs of use
- Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Custom-cut or made-to-order items
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you want. This avoids any inventory hold delays on our end and gets the replacement item in the mail sooner.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without justification. Items must still be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, before it enters processing. After processing begins, the order can no longer be canceled, but you may return the item once it arrives by following the process above.
