Shipping Policy

Welcome to Anvil & Garden. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders begin processing within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery for in-stock items typically arrives within 12 to 15 business days from the date your order is placed (this includes both processing and transit time). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees actual delivery may vary based on your location, the carrier's network, weather, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Some products may qualify for free shipping; eligibility is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the "Track your order" link in our site navigation to look up an order at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.

International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically fall within or slightly above the 12-15 business day window. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country we cannot estimate these charges in advance, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Please consult your country's customs office for guidance before placing your order.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking shows your package hasn't moved for 7+ business days, or if the carrier marks it delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@anvilandgarden.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. Most lost-package claims resolve within 14 business days; we'll issue a replacement or refund once the claim concludes.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@anvilandgarden.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, plus your order number. Simply return the product and once received, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@anvilandgarden.com immediately! If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the destination and we cannot refund the order.

Order changes and cancellations

Order changes and cancellations can be honored if requested within 1 hour of placing the order, before processing begins. After processing has started, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. You may return the unwanted item under our standard Refund Policy once it arrives.

P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and remote areas

We ship to most US P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, rural international destinations) may be longer than the standard window above.
